“No can do my little nightingale. You belong to me now. Everything you do, you must get my consent first,” he said, kissing my forehead.
“Let go of me!!” I shouted, struggling to break free.
“It’s no use. I’m a guy afterall, I’d naturally be stronger than you,” he said, flapping his enormous wings.
“You.. You’re a Fallen Angel..?” I stuttered, shocked at the sight of his wings.
“Not just any Fallen Angel. I’m what people used to call, ‘God’s Right Hand Man’,” he said with a really annoying smile.
“You.. Could you be.. Krist Ray..? God’s Right Hand Man which went against God..?” I asked in extreme shock, not knowing what I’ve landed myself in.
“Finally you realize it.. Sure takes you forever huh. I’d prefer you call me Kyle though,” he said, landing on the floor.
“Wh… But… Why did..? I mean..?” I stuttered, too shock to think that I’m in the hands of the only guy in the entire of Cravens who’d dare to go against God.
“Chill.. Don’t need to be so shocked…” he said, folding his wings in.
“Oh Cravens..” I said, pulling my face downwards.
“Why? It’s not like I’ll kill you or anything right?” Kyle said, putting me on the floor.
“But.. But..! You’re the only one in the entire of Cravens who dared go against god?! Why did you do such a stupid thing?!” I asked, wanting to know the reason.
“You’ll know when the time is right,” he said as he put me down, “Get ready. Wear the dress I’ve prepared for you in the room and I’ll come pick you up at 6 later on.”
“Where are we going?” I asked.
“You’ll know when I bring you there,” he said and walked off to the left.

“You’ll know when I bring you there,” he said and walked off to the left.
Just when I was about to head back to my room, I realized something.. I had no idea where my room was and which direction to take. Left, right or straight down? There were three corridors but I had no idea which was the one I took because all three looked exactly the same. I then decided that standing there wasn’t gonna be any better so I took the left route, the one Kyle took earlier on. This particular corridor had no doors no nothing whereas the route I took had a door every two to three meters.
That was when I came to the end of the corridor but it was a dead end with just a picture of a beautiful woman hung up on the wall. The woman had long beautiful violet hair and chrome-like eyes with smooth, fair skin. She looked awful lot familiar but I couldn’t think of where I’ve seen her before and I unconsciously touched the picture. Before I knew it, the entire picture turned black and the candle next to it lit up with a flame, opening a passageway on the right wall. It was a dark and eerie one and I wasn’t so sure if I wanted to go in but since I’ve made it this far, I might as well go. And Kyle said that there was no one else other than him living in here anyway so it should be fine.
I entered the tunnel that was coated in ink black and enveloped with silence. I kept walking and walking, not daring to light up a fireball, worried of what may happen if I did.
“Who goes there?” I heard a voice that was definitely not Kyle’s, causing me to unintentionally light up a fireball as part of my natural instinct. I saw a willow tree with a really thick trunk and an old face on it.
“Erm.. I’m Sapphira Marisela. The Legendary Nightingale,” I said although I wasn’t too sure of who I was talking to. Suddenly, the patterns on the trunk started to move and two eyes popped out all of a sudden.
“And to what may the Legendary Nightingale acquire from an old willow tree like me?” he asked.
“Er.. No.. It’s just that.. I kind of got lost in this mansion and yeah.. Somehow wounded up here.. I’m sorry. I didn’t notice there was someone around other than Kyle and I,” I apologized.
“Ah.. Kyle. Also known as Krist Ray. It’s been ages since I heard of that guy,” the old willow tree said.
“But.. Don’t you live under the same roof as him..? How can it be ages since you heard of him..?” I asked, bewildered.
“We may live under the same roof but for those whose heart has been covered in darkness, they can no longer see the Holy Willow,” he said.
“Wait.. So you mean Kyle doesn’t know you’re here and YOU are the Holy Willow?!” I said, rather shock that the famous Holy Willow turned out to be freeloading in Kyle’s house, the first creature to ever go against god.
“He knows that I’m here but he can no longer see me since the day he was a fallen angel. That’s why he locked me up in here, so as to make sure he doesn’t be reminded of god anymore. And I guess as time passes by. He just forgets about me,” the old willow said.
“Wait wait wait. So you mean. Before he turned into a fallen angel, he could still see you and you hadn’t lived in this dark creepy hole yet. Then when he went against god and darkness took over him, he could no longer see you and at the same time, he didn’t want to be reminded of god that’s why he locked you up in this place and after that he gradually forgot about you?!” I shouted, furious.
“Chill man little girl. Why are you getting so worked up?” the old willow asked, perfectly calm.
“I just feel so… ARGH!! How can that heartless guy actually do this to you?!” I shouted.
“It’s alright. I’m used to it. But I still believe that he’ll change back one day.. It just isn’t time yet,” the Holy Willow said and yawned, “Well, it’s about time I get some sleep. Run along now little one.”
“Ah! Wait! Holy Tree?!” I said but before I knew it, the tree was snoring away.
What a weird tree.. I thought as I walked back out to the dim-lit corridor.

What a weird tree.. I thought as I walked back out to the dim-lit corridor.
“Where did you go?” I heard Kyle’s voice behind me as I looked at the picture of the beautiful woman.
“I..” Kyle then interrupted, “Doesn’t matter. Hurry up go change into the dress I’ve prepared for you or we’re gonna be late.”
“Late?? Late for what?” I asked.
“You’ll know when you reach there. Now let’s get you back to your room,” he said.
“Whoa- Hey watch it! My hair!” I said as he lifted me up in his arms and got my hair all messed up.
“Quit fussing ‘bout your hair,” he said, walking down the corridor as I lean my head against his chest.
“We’re here, now hurry up and change while I wait outside,” Kyle said, throwing me in as he swung open the humungous door.
“What’s your problem?!” I shouted as he slammed the door shut.
“What the hell is his problem!! Throwing people around the house! And what’s this dress he wants me to wear anyway?!” I threw a tantrum round the room when I saw a beautifully wrapped gifet box lying on my bed.

I opened it, only to see a mini white, lacey dress with two long shimmering, white ribbons placed at the side.
He is NOT gonna make me wear this right?! I thought.
He is NOT gonna make me wear this right?! I thought.
“Hey Sapphira! What’s taking you so long?!” Kyle banged open the door just when I only had my undergarments on.
“Yo.. WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU’RE DOING YOU PERVETED FALLEN ANGEL?!” I shouted in rage, throwing a fireball straight into his face.
“Hey stupid nightingale! Who said you could throw a fireball in my face?!” he shouted back.
“That doesn’t matter! It was on impulse now get out of the… ROOOOOOOOM!” I shouted.
“Alright alright chill,” he said and made his way out.
“Geez that idiot!!” I shouted, already reaching my limit.

I then slipped on the white lacy dress and twirled the two white ribbons along with my golden hair.
“I’m done,” I said as I opened the door, only to see Kyle dressed in a formal, white tux.
“Wha- What’s with the getup?!” I asked, taken over by curiosity.
“We’re gonna attend a ball right about now,” he said as he carried me in his arms.
“HUH? A BALL?” I said in shock, not believing what I just heard.
“Hold on tight if you don’t want to be sent to the hospital,” he said, his huge, silverish-blue wings grew on his back and before I knew it, we were soaring in the starry night sky.
